Easy contact for users

We should provide an easy way for FINAM users to contact us, ask questions, and view past questions of other users.
At least, I would expect to find something like this for an Open Source software.

GitLab issues are not a good place, as they need login. At least for me, login via GitHub does not work.
On GitHub, the issue would be less severe as many people have an account there anyway.

So where could that place be? A GitHub mirror, using the discussions and/or issues feature?
