maxStringLength not editable due to attribute_value

When adjusting maxStringLength in mo_mpr_constants.f90, the compilation breaks due to characterlength mismatch. This is caused by the attribute_values variable from mo_netcdf in the lightweight_lib. We need to trim the length of the string.
