Compute bipartite plant-pollinator network based on contacts

Using the contact measurement, it should be possible to produce a description of the bipartite plant-pollinator network as a weighted graph using contact rates or durations as the weights which can then be used with e.g. the bipartite R package to compute various network metrics like connectance, nestedness or modularity.
