use of ceiling in calculate_grid_properties

Hi Robert,

in calculate_grid_properties in mo_grid, the Fortran intrinsic ceiling is used to calculate Ncols, Nrows. If the cell factor is close to 1, but not exactly one, this can lead to additional rows and cols. I changed to nint in Ulysses. Do you have any objection to changing it in mhm develop too?

Thanks Stephan
