Cygwin - Segmentation fault (core dumped) when using "cmake -DCMAKE_WITH_OpenMP:STRING=ON .."

Dear @kaluza,

I could compile mhm-v5.11.0-rc1 with cmake -DCMAKE_WITH_OpenMP:STRING=ON .. However, I am getting segmentation error as shown below. Openmp was working when using "make" with older versions of mhm e.g. v5.10_fixed. If you can comment on this, it would be great. I can try the develop version if some updates were done.
