Couple mHM with MPR 1.0

The new MPR needs to be coupled to mHM. We will make use of the submodules feature of git to enable the coupling of the now external project. Prior to that, we will need to discuss some implementation questions and how the new configuration file can be adapted to mHM. This will happen during the mHM meeting on Nov. 5th. The notes will be put here to continue discussion.
