mHM discharge.nc writing sometimes broken

Users have reported that discharge.nc is not written correctly, see https://github.com/mhm-ufz/mhm/discussions/49

discharge.nc uses var2nc subroutine and not latest netcdf library. This should be changed as other nc files are written correctly in the occuring cases.
