improve error message in mo_read_time_series.f90

in mo_read_time_series.f90, a end of line error occurres if there are too few lines in the file. The error message could be more detailed, stating how many lines have been read and how many are expected by the code.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
