Removal of duplicated structure for mRM and mHM executable.

Description

As in the 5.10 Release: mRM stand-alone needs to be compiled with a separate Makefile (called Makefile_mrm). mRM comes with its own driver and eval subroutine. This should be removed and mRM standalone should be run within the mHM executable by setting all processes but the routing to zero.
