From June 06th, all CI Jobs will run on federated Helmholtz infrastructure by default. If you need UFZ-internal resources, add the tag "ufz-internal" to your CI configuration or use a custom GitLab Runner (e.g. EVE). If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!

Compile the manual on EVE

Run the following commands in the base-folder of the mhm repository:

module load foss/2019b
module load texlive/2019
module load Graphviz/2.42.2
module load Anaconda3
source activate /global/apps/mhm_checks/mhm_env
doxygen doc/doxygen.config

here we use doxygen from our Conda Environment mhm_env.

After that, two folders were created: html/ and latex/. Opening html/index.html with a browser will now display the manual.

In order to compile the PDF version run the following:

cd latex/ && make

After that, a pdf file called refman.pdf should show up.
