List default curves

• Change the default value of the which argument in the plotting functions from NA to the actual vector of names.
• Change the meaning of NA to plot just the axes.
• List possible values in documentation. Maybe just link to the "Value" section in the docs of predict_ecxsys().

Do this for plot_stress() and plot_survival(). This requires a minor version increase.
