Add collapsed code blocks of expected Git output

In a later version, to make the book a stand-alone learning resource that also includes the sections on theory, we should add foldable/collaped code blocks that show the expected Git outputs.

In the workshop, participants will see the expected output on the shared screen of the presenter, but for self-study it would be helpful to have it included in the exercises. Output should be collapsed to avoid cluttering the document.
