flagCrossStatistics typo lead to error

now we have SaQC.flagCrossStatistics with the s but it fails because the s is missing here https://git.ufz.de/rdm-software/saqc/-/blob/develop/saqc/core/modules/outliers.py#L119

we should definitively have a test for this..
