rename `flagCrossStatistics`

One additional last minute issue - can we please rename the flagCrossStatistics function?

Its long ago that we spawned that one and it may very well be i named it myself since i am not that good at english prepositions - but now it just sounds unvoluntarily denglish to me.

This is because, "to cross" can mean "überqueren" - but i think, "cross" does just not translate as "quer".

google translator suggests across, but thats more associated with "über" in the intuitive reading.

So maybe we could go for something like:

• flagRowWise
• flagRowStatistics

since its a data tables dimension thats parallel to the rows, we refer to, when saying "quer".
