make it easier to "get started"
Following small details/explanation gaps have proven to slow down or complicate saqc-access for beginners:

No Microsoft Windows specific hints are given. For example, hints regarding activation of pip env in windows powershell. -
The config file, suggested in the "getting started" tutorial, contains the parameter winsz
- which is renamed towindow
by now. Thus, the introductory saqc - run leads to an error. -
It seems to not be intuitively clear, which parameters to the testfuncs have to be passed with quotation marks. -
The question, where the flagging results would be written to, seemed to be eminent just after the first introductory saqc - run, while the tutorial doesnt mention the -o
argument, at least at this stage of introduction.
