Allow setting grid specifications by hand

When a netcdf file has no coordinates with the same name as the used dimensions, the inferred grid has a lower left points as (-0.5, -0.5) and a cellsize of 1.

In this case, it would be good to be able to provide a grid specification during initialization or at least origin and spacing values or the defining coordinates axes (maybe with attributes).
