Another CF units fix - remove tilde
With default_format = "~cf", the registry can't print units like "mm", although it can handle it in checks etc.
Removed the tilde for now.

The UFZ services GitLab and Mattermost will be unavailable on Monday, May 19 from 06:00 AM to 08:30 AM due to maintenance work.
