To run the do_transfer_level0_level1_soilnet_V3.py code for the 4 V3 Loggers, the terminal prompt would be

• python -m transfer_level0_level1.do_transfer_level0_level1_soilnet_V3 --station GB --device Box01_V3
• python -m transfer_level0_level1.do_transfer_level0_level1_soilnet_V3 --station GB --device Box11_V3
• python -m transfer_level0_level1.do_transfer_level0_level1_soilnet_V3 --station HH --device Box50
• python -m transfer_level0_level1.do_transfer_level0_level1_soilnet_V3 --station HH --device Box51

In the Snakefile (Line 66) a V3 key is only given as: soilnet_key_v3="Box01_V3|Box11_V3",

Do you know a general solution, so that all 4 Loggers are reached?

Not a general solution but soilnet_key_v3="Box01_V3|Box11_V3|Box50|Box51" should be good enough for now...
