[ENH]: Clean Restart Mechanism for Grids

add_grid_from_nc_with_area into main

Added methods to grid_t:

  • to_restart, from_restart: add grid to a restart file with additional grid information for faster setup

Changes:

  • removed area and mask arguments form the to_netcdf methods
