include SMI dependencies

Sebastian Müller requested to merge mo_kernel_to_forces into develop

Added:

  • add mo_integrate, mo_kernel and mo_nelmin to FORCES
  • add to mo_utils in FORCES:
    • linspace
    • iminloc
    • imaxloc
    • arange
    • cumsum
  • added unit-tests

This is the first step for chs/progs/SMI#9 (closed)
