CMake: do not alter CMAKE_MODULE_PATH at all

Sebastian Müller requested to merge fix_saver_cmake_module_path into main

Since FORCES is a dependency in other packages, we shouldn't alter CMAKE_MODULE_PATH and ensure that the local cmake scripts are used (e.g. for finding NetCDF-Fortran).
