• all doc-strings updated for doxygen
• fixed CI bugs (stable doc and pages job)
• updated Install instructions
• updated changelog
• unified naming convention for modules
• removed redundant mo_smi_constants (all constants provided by FORCES)
• bugfix for omp_lib import in mo_smi: only import if OpenMP is wanted
