global netcdf metadata following cf conventions

first draft of global metadata including:

• contact,
• title,
• source,
• institution
• Conventions (--> in namelist?)
• creation_date (like mHM)
• crs (former projection_name), following HZG Guideline. Seems not to follow CF Conventions
• edk version (would be nice?)
