Merging features since last model version into develop branch

Johannes Leins requested to merge no_singleton into develop

Mainly, HiLEG was extended by:

  • spatial resolution on grassland level and its mapping to climate cells
  • bilinear interpolation of local grassland climate using 4 neighboring climate cells
  • adjustable migration and long distance dispersal between grassland habitats
  • a variety of command line arguments, parametrization and input files
