Package updates: test-files, common package, better Docs

  • add output of mHM for test domain 1 as test files
  • created common sub-package with constants and general routines
  • better CLI documentation
  • add option var to bankfull to be able to specify variable name in NC file
  • add tests for bankfull processor
  • fix bug in bankfull calculations
