WIP: Et tws q errormeasures

Update of the objective function 33 and 34 for et, twsa and q

twsa and et is averaged to monthly timesteps, standarized with classified standard score and then MAE is used.

In 33 for q the BoxCox of MAE is used, while in 34 for q the error measure is 1-KGE.

For that purpose some new subroutines are added, and used in other subroutines, as well.
