huss: add change in cut and check for ps varname

  • if cut option is true for inverse case, specific humidity is cut below 0.
  • if cut option is true, relative humidity is cut below 0 and above 1 (eq. 100%).
  • variable name of ps is automatically taken as ps or psAdjust
