change ec()
Improve ec(). If the user wants to get the effect concentration of a drc model object then they should use drc::ED().
Important: I have to be really careful with how I use the term "effect" in this function. In ecxsys() is "effect" the survival, in ec() it's the mortality. Hence the change to "response_level".
