deharmo eats up comment followup

fix the overwriting of extra-info (eg cause/comment) by eg. deharmo. Currently we can not (generically) access those extra info to reapply it after deharmo. This is why its not implemnented yet.

todo:

• function to get all extra data from getFlags(magic=True) returns dict
• setFlags(**getFlags())

(this is urgent because, this will fix overwriting of func_name info, heavily used by thge GCEF pipeline)
