No URL for DOI in CITATION.cff

Use 10.12345/zenodo.123566 instead of whole URL

I wanted to quick fix it but couldn't create a new branch, may I? 😄

Why you cannot create a new branch ? as i see it, you should have all the permissions to do so 🤔
