Fixes to the speed improved spikes.flagBasic function

The adaptions to customRolling where necessary to satisfy the numba windows version, the changes to the function flagBasic itself seem to be a bugfix for data series containing NaNs. Could you please verify, that I didn't break anything @luenensc .
