Flagger: allow to setFlags on more than one column

David Schäfer requested to merge flag_multiple into develop

I lifted the limitation that setFlags only works on one column/field. Not sure, why we have this limitation, but it seems to be unnecessary by now, or am I missing something @palmb ?
