Added ax kwargs to SaQC.plot signature/removed stat-related parameters

• Added a keyword ax_dict to the plot function, so that plot title, x_labe, y_labe and fontsize get comfortably controllable

• Removed the statistical reports feature from plot - because it makes things overcomplex, and is undercomfortable to use (-> no body will ever use it)
