Doc string parser

Fixes #339 (closed)

(As #343 (closed) suggests - it would be better to have a robust docstring parser/constructor implemented. Since the package suggested in #343 (closed) is not sufficient for the task, i fixed #339 (closed) within the old framework, to have a solution for now.)
