added autodoc-typehints, updated changelog

Peter Lünenschloß requested to merge autoDocTypehints into develop

  • enables automatically scraping of typehints from the signatures. Typehints given in docstring get overridden, if signature typehint is given

  • if i find an extra 30 minutes, i am going to remove all the typehints from the docstrings - but since those get overridden its not i priority right now

  • if you wonder why this wasnt enabled earlier: i tried it last year and sphinx puzzled me with some really cryptic error that i wasnt able to trace back or fix. I tried today and the error seems to not come up any more -> problem solved
