fixed variable names in OD cookbook
replaced static pics by dynamically generated saqc.plot pics
fixed linebreaks in all cookbooks
(had some Merge conflict/pathing/naming mess because of sphinxdoc->doc and the new readme.md test. But hope branch is now ready for being easily grafted ...)
