Assign znorm na n fix

Peter Lünenschloß requested to merge assignZnormNaNFix into develop
  • just a correction to the default value of normalisation and modelling function parameters of the Znorming methods, to prevent all-NaN results from the usual numpy implementations of mean and std in case of the data has enough periods but also some NaNs.
