double - column - names - error - handling

dont know if this is worth a fix - when casting a pd.DataFrame DF, that contains doubled column names, to dios, with:

adios = dios.DictOfSeries(DF)

One gets: "The truth value of a pandas DataFrame is ambigous" thrown.

imo its Ok that this fails - but the very error messege is a bit miss leading.
