evaluation of funcs as arguments
@schaefed - i realized that i am not totally aware of how and where functions that are passed as arguments, get evaluated in the evaluator. Since especially for aggregations it is important
- to be able to pass user defined aggregation functions
- to determine - because of different nan-behaviour, if np.sum or pd.Series.sum was passed and so on
i wondered if
- the implementation right now - where the harm functions expect the functions itself to get passed is at all working
I would just change the whole agg function passing thing from getting passed the actual function, to getting passed a string that gets evaluated inside the test by a helper function like string2func or so. But i am not sure if you would like that to be done in the evaluator - or if it is somehow already taken care of somewhere there.
could you please briefly comment if you are there?
