BUG: single precision output currently broken

The following settings in the output namelists cause mHM to crach:

• mrm_outputs.nml:

  output_double_precision_mrm = .false.

• mhm_outputs.nml:

  output_double_precision = .false.

This bug was introduced and/or intensified with !139 (merged)
